DIVERSITY PROGRAM
Jackson & Green recognizes the need for construction projects to radiate beyond the bricks and mortar of the construction site and to leave in the project’s wake a healthier and more vibrant community, business, and employee base. Construction projects should utilize minority, women, disabled, veteran, and local business enterprises, as well as Section 3 residents on public housing work. Jackson & Green makes every effort to not only meet diversity utilization requirements but to achieve our own goal of 20% participation on all projects that we perform. Our management team has extensive experience and proven success in exceeding participation goals on many construction projects.  We maintain an extensive database of diversity subcontractors and vendors.
